Iver Olav Erstad had no choice He had to play the keys Why? Because they were everywhere around him since his birth over 30 years ago. His father was and still is a keyboardplayer and Iver grew up with gospelmusic which also turned him onto soul, funk and blues.

Iver has played with a huge variety of Norwegian and international artists such as Nora Jean Bruso, Kirk Fletcher, Carola, Viggo Sandvik and Big Bang to mention a few.

With a huge passion for the vintage sound of Hammond B3 organs, Fender Rhodes and Wurlitzer electric pianos, Iver plays them all with deep respect for the masters of the different instruments but always with his personal contemporary touch which has made him the keyboard player for Greasy Gravy and JT Lauritsen. With Iver behind the keys, the soul in soul becomes a reality.
