Arnfinn Tørrisen - Guitars

Born and raised in Flisa, Norway; he began playing guitar at 17. After cutting his teeth in cover bands, he joined Ottar “Big Hand” Johansen’s “Country Team” band in 1980. Since that time he’s been a trusty sideman, session player and touring musician (throughout Scandinavia and England) with numerous noted artists in Norway, including:

Tore Andersen, Ottar “Big Hand” Johansen, Casino Steel, Claudia Scott, Bygg Band, Bill Booth, G. Thomas, Bjøro Håland, Frank Aleksandersen, Lillian Askeland, Egil “Gille” Larsen, Kristin Berglund, Roy Lønhøiden, Br. Kulseth, The Contenders, Anita Hegerland, Wendell Atkins, Teddy Nelson, Toini & the Tomcats, Trond Granlund, etc.

In 1995, J.T. Lauritsen and the Buckshot Hunters became his main project. With his strong background in Country music and Rock, he adds and enriches the Blues with a dose of “twang”!
